Clinical psychologist specialising in support for autism, ADHD and learning disabilities in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

I provide support for individuals (children, young people and adults), families, schools and staff teams.

I use a strengths-based approach and support families to connect to their expertise of their child. I hope to learn from you in our work together and never assume to know better than the people I work with.

I draw on different psychological models and theories to inform our work including systemic and narrative approaches, CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), attachment theory and Positive Behaviour Support.

I offer appointments face to face in central St Albans or remotely (via zoom). I also offer home and school/organisation visits.
